This mix is similar to rainbow mix that you already know and love BUT we have added the hearty, super fresh tasting, sweet spring pea shoot.

This mix has it all! The health filled brassicas – Kohlrabi, Broccoli & Red Cabbage. The FLAVOR and COLOR from beet & radish PLUS the added benefit of nutrient packed SWEET PEA SHOOTS. This is a wonderful salad mix or topping for tacos, sandwiches, wraps and soooo much more.
