Our salad mix is grown with NO pesticides or synthetic fertilizers. Our lettuce plugs are either started right alongside our organically grown microgreens or direct seeded in our organically managed gardens.
Early spring to late fall this salad mix is harvested right into ICE COLD water, field rinsed TWICE, spun and gently air fluffed to ensure EXCELLENT flavor, quality and shelf life.
You will find this salad mix to have a lovely loft, color, crunch and flavor thanks to our carefully selected varieties of Salanova lettuces, baby kale and spinach. WE love this mix for it’s flavor AND nutrient density – We know you will too!
