Perfect for the Spicy Spicy’s out there!! This spicy mix is a wonderful combination of Micro-Radish and Micro-Mustard. Occasionally I add Micro-Arugula but the combo of the fresh, crunchy radish and the tender earthy mustard is absolutely DEVINE.
I really enjoy this spicy mix on sandwiches and egg dishes especially. Anything you would eat that could benefit from a little spice – go ahead and add this delicious mix. Tacos, sushi rolls, soups – Oh yea! You’re gonna love this one.
The radish in this mix is a combination of any of the following radish varieties. Therefore not only is it scrumptious, it is also colorful:
- Daikon Radish
- China Rose Radish
- Rambo Radish
- Sango Purple Radish
I always go for Certified Organic Seed from True Leaf Market. Occasionally I have to settle for conventional.
For the mustard variety you can enjoy:
- Spicy Oriental Mustard
- Giant Southern Curled Mustard
- OR Komatsuna (Spinach) Mustard
All mustard varieties have a very earthy, stone-ground mustard flavor. They are spicy in FLAVOR without “burn your tongue” off kind of heat.
